Azure Engagement Models
We are a Certified Microsoft Gold partner. Below are some engagement models Hexplora offers customers to implement Microsoft Azure and Power BI services.
We provide three options to get Azure and Power BI Development done with the account manager at your place.
Under this engagement, you can purchase a block of hours which can be utilized to answer any tickets or any new requirements. These purchased hours would be valid for 3 months. You must utilize these hours within the specified time or else they will expire. TOT for answering any new requests/requirements would be 12-24 hours in a working week.
Pay as you Go
Under this engagement, there is no commitment on a number of hours which would be utilized for new requests/requirements. This engagement is based on the tickets received. PM and his team would work on the respective tasks assigned on support desk. We would log the number of hours consumed against each ticket, and at the end of the month, we will consolidate all the hours and raise an invoice for the total effort. TOT for answering any requirement under this engagement would be 24- 48 hours. Acknowledging the ticket would be under 12 hours.
Under this engagement, you can hire a full-time dedicated resource who will be able to work on any support related activities within your website. Instead, if you are looking for a shared resource for 80 hours a month, we could offer your solution with a 6/12 months agreements at competitive pricing. For either option, there will be a one-month opt-out window in place for your convenience.
